EXCHANGE POLICIES
If you ordered the wrong size or the one you ordered doesn't fit as expected, don't worry, we're here to help. We can exchange it! Just remember that it's subject to availability. Shipping costs will be your responsibility, but we'll do everything possible to make the process as smooth as possible.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we give you 15 days to exchange your product from the date you receive it. This gives you enough time to decide if it's what you were looking for. We're committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience and want to make sure you find the perfect size.
If you still don't want a DR piece of jewelry in your closet, you can request a full refund of the purchased product (not including the cost of services, whether design, modification, or customization). The request cannot exceed thirty (30) calendar days.
Step by step to make your change:
- Send us an email to daniellaromanibrand@gmail.com , including your order number, the name of the item you want to exchange, and the item you want to receive.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping information so you can send us your garment.
- You will pack your garment and hand it over to the delivery person.
- When we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will make the new shipment.
- Your new garment will arrive for you to enjoy.
Requirements to request a change:
- You must not have worn, washed or damaged the garment.
- The original tag must be retained. We suggest you try on the garments before removing them.
- Items purchased under a promotional offer, altered items, or custom-made items cannot be exchanged. Except for warranty.
CHANGES IN PRE ORDER
If you purchased a garment through PRE ORDER and wish to exchange it, please note that delivery times will be the same from the day you return your garment and will always be subject to product availability.
WARRANTY
As long as you have used the garment properly and it has a quality issue, we will honor the repair or replacement, and all shipping costs incurred will be reimbursed. If your warranty claim is not accepted after evaluation by our technical department due to non-compliance with the conditions indicated above, we will contact you within 15 business days of your claim to arrange a new shipment with a collect-on-delivery method. You must pay the shipping company upon delivery.
Before filing a claim, we suggest you review the most common cases of exchange rejections due to misuse of garments:
- The time limit of three (3) months after the purchase was delivered to make the claim was exceeded.
- Failure to follow garment washing and care instructions.
- Use of deodorants or any product containing chemicals that discolor fabrics.
- Use of chemicals or bleach in washing.
- Consequences of direct sun drying
- The garment was altered or modified by the customer and therefore its shape was damaged.
- Normal wear and tear of the garment.

If a different item than the one you ordered was sent by mistake, we will honor the exchange. All shipping costs will be refunded. In this case, you must contact us at daniellaromanibrand@gmail.com. We will schedule our carrier to pick up the incorrect item and then ship the original one.
