We have 3 ways in which your DR will reach you <3 The first is a regular shipment that is totally FREE from 4 to 5 business days, if you want your package with you sooner you can pay for express shipping which has an additional cost depending on your order, and it will arrive in 2 to 3 business days.

If you're in Bogota and want your DR the same day without modifications, you can choose the PICK UP option when you're checking out.

For pre-order or costume made orders, it is 15 business days starting from the next business day after the purchase is made.

*Business days are specified as Monday to Friday, not holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and tracking number.
